Never worn, these are salesman samples that I bought years ago.  You get a RED braided cord item that is used on marching band uniforms. I've shown a close up so you can see how it's made.  Also a white item with Blue lettering WEST on the front.  It attaches to a uniform of some sort. Sorry I'm not familiar with exactly how these are used but it would add to your costuming inventory.
