Shipping within the US takes anywhere from 1-9 days depending on location and shipping method chosen. International shipping takes 10 days or more. We have seen it take 30 days before just depending on customs. Q: What is your return policy? A: Items that are in brand new, unworn condition, free from smoke, perfume and human/pet hair can be exchanged or returned for the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. There are no restocking fees for exchanges. The buyer pays shipping both ways. Package must be received by us within 30 days of purchase date.
